Responsibilities
- Architect scalable solutions integrating emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum computing)
- Lead R&D initiatives for 2026+ tech deployment frameworks
- Develop strategic roadmaps for technology adoption and innovation
- Collaborate with product teams to align tech capabilities with market needs
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive trends and opportunities
- Mentor junior engineers in future-focused development practices
- Present technical vision to executive stakeholders and industry partners
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology architecture with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR)
- Proven track record of launching innovative products from concept to market
- Strong background in cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research in IEEE or ACM journals preferred
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in agile environments
- Deep understanding of ethical AI and sustainable tech principles
