Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record scaling quantum computing or neural interface projects
- Expertise in ethical AI governance and sustainable tech standards (ISO 14004)
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on future technologies
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and quantum programming languages (Q#)
- Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks for emerging tech (FDA, FCC, EU AI Act)
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent foresight methodology training
