Responsibilities
- Design and prototype scalable architectures for emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, neural interfaces)
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with industry-transforming potential
- Develop frameworks for ethical implementation and governance of next-gen systems
- Collaborate with research institutions to translate academic breakthroughs into commercial applications
- Create comprehensive impact assessments for new technologies on society and environment
- Present strategic technology visions to executive stakeholders and investor communities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology architecture or R&D leadership with proven track record in emerging tech
- Expertise in at least three emerging technology domains (quantum, biotech, AI, nanotech)
- Strong background in systems thinking and complex adaptive systems modeling
- Experience developing ethical frameworks for technological deployment
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
