Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (2026-2030 horizon) and develop strategic implementation frameworks
- Lead cross-functional task forces to prototype and validate disruptive solutions
- Design governance protocols for AI ethics, quantum security, and biotech innovation
- Forge partnerships with academic institutions and global tech ecosystems
- Present technology roadmaps to investors and board members with clear ROI projections
- Anticipate regulatory shifts and prepare compliance frameworks for nascent technologies
- Mentor junior innovators through our Future Leaders incubation program
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Technology Policy (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, R&D leadership, or emerging technology consulting
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or AGI development
- Proven track record of launching technology initiatives with $10M+ budgets
- Exceptional scenario planning and futures forecasting capabilities
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Experience with international technology policy frameworks (UN, OECD, etc.)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful technology commercialization
