Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with 5+ in R&D or innovation roles
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or distributed systems
- Proven track record of launching future-facing tech products
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
- Strong network within Stanford/MIT/Caltech research circles
- Published research in IEEE or Nature journals
- Experience with agile development in emerging tech domains
- Public speaking at major tech conferences (CES, Web Summit)
