Responsibilities
- Architect strategic roadmaps for quantum computing and AI integration by 2026
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing next-gen human-computer interfaces
- Establish ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and neural interfaces
- Partner with academic institutions on quantum cryptography and decentralized protocols
- Drive innovation sprints for 6G infrastructure and ambient computing
- Present technology visions to C-suite and industry consortiums
- Maintain competitive analysis of emerging tech patents and breakthroughs
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology R&D with 5+ years in strategic futurism
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI Ethics, or Systems Engineering preferred
- Proven track record leading multi-year technology transformation projects
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, neuromorphic, etc.)
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier-1 publications
- Experience securing $10M+ in technology innovation grants
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming frameworks
