Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing or AI Ethics with 8+ years industry experience
- Proven track record of commercializing 2026-predictive technologies
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum-AI convergence
- Expertise in ISO 42001 AI governance frameworks
- Secured $10M+ in government innovation grants
