Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning for 2026 technology initiatives across quantum, biotech, and AI domains
- Manage cross-functional teams of researchers and engineers to prototype breakthrough solutions
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and government agencies for collaborative R&D
- Develop ethical frameworks and compliance standards for emerging technologies
- Present innovation roadmaps to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Drive commercialization of experimental technologies through pilot programs
- Maintain competitive analysis of global tech trends and emerging threats
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology leadership with proven experience in emerging fields
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, generative AI, or biotech integration
- Track record of launching commercialized technologies from concept to market
- Strong familiarity with ethical AI development and regulatory landscapes
