Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-year technology roadmaps for emerging domains (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with MIT, Stanford, and NASA partnerships
- Translate futuristic concepts into patentable IP and commercialization strategies
- Advocate for ethical tech frameworks in policy discussions with WEF and UN bodies
- Mentor next-gen engineers through our Future Tech Academy program
- Present strategic visions to C-suite and venture capital partners
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in emerging tech strategy at Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent top-tier journals
- Proven track record of launching $10M+ R&D initiatives
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum algorithms, neuromorphic computing, climate tech
- Deep understanding of global tech policy and regulatory landscapes
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
