- Lead proof-of-concept initiatives for emerging technologies with 18-24 month implementation horizons
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with clear ROI projections
- Establish innovation governance frameworks balancing technological ambition with ethical constraints
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-thinking methodologies and tech adoption strategies
- Monitor global tech policy shifts affecting 2026+ innovation landscapes
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech R&D
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, advanced materials science, or synthetic biology
- Proven track record of launching technologies with 3+ year market impact cycles
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Emerging Technology Assessment preferred
- Experience scaling innovation initiatives across global enterprises
- Exceptional storytelling skills for translating complex tech concepts to non-technical stakeholders
