- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Partner with product teams to integrate future tech into enterprise solutions
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI and sustainable tech implementation
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and investors with data-driven insights
- Mentor innovation lab teams on future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record scaling AI/quantum/Web3 solutions from concept to market
- Expertise in technology forecasting frameworks (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning)
- Strong background in ethical AI governance and sustainable tech principles
- Certification in technology strategy (e.g., CTS, TOGAF) preferred
- Experience presenting to executive stakeholders and investors
- Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional innovation teams
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
