Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a 3-year technology foresight framework for 2026+ market readiness
- Conduct horizon scanning of emerging technologies (quantum computing, neural interfaces, Web4.0)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-forward solutions
- Produce strategic briefings for executive stakeholders on tech disruption vectors
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption readiness across business units
- Forge partnerships with academic labs and tech incubators for early-stage IP
- Present future scenarios to board members and investors
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record in forecasting tech trends (e.g., blockchain, AI ethics)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Futures Studies, or Business
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains
- Certification in technology foresight or scenario planning (e.g., WFS, IFTF)
- Experience scaling tech initiatives from concept to market deployment
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive presentation skills
