Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-year technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 market forecasts
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing, biotech, and sustainable AI systems
- Partner with product teams to translate emerging tech into commercial opportunities
- Establish industry partnerships with research labs and academic institutions
- Present strategic briefings to stakeholders on technology disruption risks/opportunities
- Manage innovation budgets and ROI analysis for experimental technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 experience
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Proven track record scaling emerging tech from prototype to production
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or climate tech
- Certified Futurist (CF) or similar designation preferred
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier journals
- Fluency in Mandarin or Japanese for global collaboration
