Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps for 2026+ initiatives aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead research on emerging technologies (quantum AI, neural interfaces, decentralized systems) to identify strategic opportunities
- Architect proof-of-concept frameworks for next-gen applications in healthcare, logistics, and sustainable energy
- Partner with C-suite executives to align technology investments with long-term growth strategies
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation lab focused on prototyping future technologies
- Represent the company at global tech forums and thought leadership summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech innovation roles
- Proven track record developing and implementing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, generative AI, or biotech convergence
- Experience scaling innovation labs from concept to commercialization
- Strong background in technology forecasting and market analysis
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Certification in technology management or innovation strategy (e.g., CTO Academy, MIT Technology Review)
