Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) to identify strategic opportunities for 2026 market disruption
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives and market demands
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and commercial teams
- Conduct competitive intelligence and market landscape analysis for emerging tech sectors
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Manage partnerships with startups, research institutions, and technology pioneers
- Establish KPI frameworks to measure technology adoption ROI and innovation impact
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching or scaling disruptive technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Exceptional data analysis and strategic forecasting capabilities
- Experience developing technology roadmaps with $1M+ budgets
- Strong executive presence and persuasive communication skills
- Certification in emerging technologies or innovation management preferred
