Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ technology strategy aligned with business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum, blockchain, etc.) for market viability
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future solutions
- Build strategic partnerships with tech startups, research institutions, and industry leaders
- Present technology roadmaps and investment recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes to maintain first-mover advantage
- Drive adoption of future-focused technologies across organizational functions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning, R&D, or innovation management
- Proven track record of implementing emerging technologies at scale
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, or synthetic biology
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Experience leading cross-functional teams across global markets
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism or industry disruption
