Responsibilities

- Develop 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with company growth objectives
- Collaborate with R&D, product, and executive teams to align technology strategy with business goals
- Conduct competitive intelligence and market research to identify disruptive threats and opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives with data-driven impact projections
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Technology, Business, or related field; Master's or MBA preferred
