- Secure $5M+ annual R&D budgets for experimental technology initiatives
- Present disruption scenarios to C-suite and board members quarterly
- Mentor a team of 5+ futurists and technology analysts
- Author thought leadership pieces published in MIT Tech Review and similar platforms
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Foresight
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic technologies (e.g., AI deployment, quantum applications)
- Deep expertise in at least three of these domains: quantum computing, advanced AI, biotech, or space tech
- Experience securing $10M+ innovation budgets
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption
- Fluency in scenario planning methodologies and horizon scanning
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical executives
