Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for enterprise clients using predictive analytics and market trend forecasting
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum algorithms, neural interfaces, climate-tech AI)
- Establish ethical frameworks for emerging technologies in collaboration with global policy advisors
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D funding through compelling investor pitches and white papers
- Mentor junior strategists in future-focused methodologies like scenario planning and horizon scanning
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite executives at quarterly innovation summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (PhD preferred)
- Proven track record launching scalable tech products (portfolio required)
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AGI alignment, biotech convergence, or climate-tech
- Certified Futurist (CFP) or equivalent strategic foresight certification
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed tech journals or major industry publications
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic (for global stakeholder engagement)
