Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic technology roadmaps targeting 2026-2030 market opportunities
- Lead research and adoption of emerging technologies including quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decisions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Manage innovation portfolios balancing risk and disruption potential

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ in emerging technologies
- Proven track record of launching disruptive tech initiatives
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, blockchain, IoT, or quantum computing
- MBA or advanced degree in Technology/Engineering/Strategy preferred
- Exceptional analytical and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience presenting to executive stakeholders and investors
