- Establish KPIs for technology adoption ROI and innovation pipeline maturity
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies or innovation management
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with focus on future studies
- Proven track record of launching tech initiatives with measurable market impact
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (e.g., quantum AI, neurotech, synthetic biology)
- Executive presence with experience influencing C-suite and board-level decisions
- Certifications in technology foresight (e.g., Tech Futures, Horizon Scanning methodology)
