- Develop strategic roadmaps for technology adoption and integration
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align innovation initiatives with business goals
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to C-suite executives
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Monitor competitive landscape and disruptor threats
- Drive patent strategy and intellectual property development
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching futuristic products/services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional data analysis and scenario planning capabilities
- Strong presentation skills for executive audiences
- Experience with technology forecasting methodologies
- Certification in technology management (e.g., CTO, PMP) preferred
