Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with 8+ years in tech strategy
- Proven track record in scaling emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum, or biotech)
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex innovation cycles
- Certification in Agile/Scrum and technology management frameworks
