Responsibilities
- Lead research and analysis of emerging technologies (quantum computing, neural interfaces, synthetic biology) with 5-10 year market impact potential
- Develop comprehensive technology adoption roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions and validate technical feasibility
- Create executive-level strategic briefings on technology disruption risks and opportunities
- Establish KPIs to measure innovation pipeline progress and ROI of emerging tech investments
- Represent the company at global tech foresight conferences and industry thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Technology Strategy with 8+ years of experience
- Proven track record in emerging technology assessment and commercialization
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, biotech convergence, spatial computing, or climate tech
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Experience building innovation frameworks and managing R&D portfolios
- Strong presentation skills with ability to communicate futuristic concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
