Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology strategy roadmap incorporating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify and prioritize emerging opportunities with 3-5 year impact horizons
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across global innovation ecosystems
- Translate complex technological concepts into actionable business models and product roadmaps
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Present future technology visions to executive stakeholders and investors
- Establish KPIs to track strategic implementation and innovation ROI
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field (Master's or PhD preferred)
- Minimum 7 years experience in emerging technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology, or advanced robotics
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights
- Strong network within global innovation ecosystems (VCs, labs, research institutions)
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and investment committees
- Portfolio demonstrating successful technology forecasting and strategy execution
