- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives with 15+ engineers and scientists
- Secure $5M+ in innovation grants and partnerships
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and investors
- Drive patent portfolio expansion (target: 20+ new filings)
- Mentor junior strategists in future technology forecasting
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy or R&D leadership
- Master's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or MBA with tech focus
- Proven experience scaling emerging technologies to market
- Deep understanding of quantum computing or AI ethics frameworks
- Track record of securing venture funding for innovation projects
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation
- Published research in IEEE or Nature Technology
- Fluency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
