Responsibilities
- Develop 2026-2030 technology roadmaps integrating AI ethics, quantum cryptography, and climate-positive systems
- Lead cross-functional initiatives between R&D, policy, and commercial teams
- Identify emerging tech disruptions through patent analysis and academic partnerships
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with ROI tracking
- Author thought leadership for IEEE and Nature journals
- Mentor junior researchers in emerging tech frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or sustainable tech
- Published research in IEEE/Nature or equivalent impact
- Experience scaling tech from prototype to global deployment
- Certification in futures forecasting (e.g., Foresight Professional)
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and blockchain architecture
- PhD in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience
