Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and domain experts to execute innovation pipelines
- Identify and validate emerging technologies with $100M+ market potential
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry disruptors
- Present technology vision to C-suite and Board of Directors quarterly
- Drive patent strategy for proprietary innovations (15+ patents/year target)
- Lead sustainability initiatives ensuring 90%+ carbon-neutral tech deployment
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ in executive leadership
- Proven track record launching technologies generating $500M+ revenue
- Expertise in emerging tech stacks: Generative AI, Web3, neuromorphic computing
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (PhD/MBA preferred)
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech journals (Nature, IEEE, etc.)
- Experience scaling teams from 10 to 500+ technical professionals
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes for frontier technologies
- Certified in Future Foresight Methodology (ACF or equivalent)
