Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, advanced AI, neural interfaces) for strategic implementation
- Develop 5-10 year technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Lead pilot programs for disruptive technologies with measurable ROI
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-focused solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Build and maintain partnerships with tech startups, research institutions, and industry thought leaders
- Monitor global technology policy and ethical implications of emerging innovations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of implementing emerging technologies at scale
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex concepts to actionable strategies
- Experience managing multi-million dollar innovation budgets
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystem
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism
