Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies (2026-2030) and assess commercial viability
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and next-gen biotech
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-focused solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Establish industry partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Monitor geopolitical/regulatory impacts on technology adoption
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints for prototype validation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products/services
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MBA, PhD, or equivalent)
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting models
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation (patents/articles)
- Fluency in emerging tech frameworks (e.g., Gartner Hype Cycle, Porter's Five Forces)
