Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligned with business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, neurotech) for competitive advantage
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-forward solutions
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption ROI and innovation pipeline health
- Present strategic roadmaps to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Build and manage an external ecosystem of academic, startup, and industry partnerships
- Anticipate global tech policy impacts and recommend proactive compliance frameworks
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Proven track record of scaling innovative products from concept to market
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (Web3, biotech, autonomous systems)
- Executive-level communication with ability to translate complex concepts
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech focus
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or industry forums
- Experience building innovation labs or corporate venture arms
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFTE) or equivalent
