Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in emerging technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Proven experience with quantum computing or AI ethics frameworks
- Executive-level presentation skills with 50+ public speaking engagements
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred) or Technology Innovation
