Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record in AI/ML implementation and quantum computing research
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep understanding of emerging tech landscapes (blockchain, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Experience building innovation labs and managing R&D budgets >$10M
- Certifications in technology foresight (e.g., CFTE, Foresight Practitioner)
