Responsibilities

- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and industry disruption timelines
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate strategic tech initiatives into corporate planning
- Identify and evaluate strategic partnerships, investments, and M&A opportunities in next-gen tech
- Present complex tech scenarios to stakeholders with clear recommendations and implementation pathways
- Establish KPIs to measure technology adoption success and ROI on innovation investments
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes to maintain strategic advantage
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning, innovation management, or emerging tech R&D
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused tech roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, quantum, biotech, AR/VR)
