Responsibilities
- Identify and assess emerging technologies (quantum computing, neurotech, ambient AI) with disruptive potential by 2026
- Develop strategic technology roadmaps aligned with market evolution and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate futuristic solutions
- Establish partnerships with research labs and academic institutions for cutting-edge R&D
- Present technology briefings to executive leadership and board members
- Drive adoption of emerging tech through change management frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or corporate innovation with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record in forecasting technology trends and implementing future-ready solutions
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or spatial computing
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFTE, WFS) preferred
- Experience with technology scenario planning and risk assessment frameworks
