Responsibilities

- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis in quantum, AI, and biotech domains
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and investors
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI deployment and sustainable tech adoption
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and research labs to accelerate innovation
- Manage a $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record in scaling emerging technologies from concept to commercialization
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI/ML, blockchain, or biotech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism (whitepapers, patents, or keynotes)
