Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies with 2026 market-readiness potential
- Develop strategic roadmaps for technology adoption across enterprise clients
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate futuristic solutions
- Present insights to C-suite executives and board of directors
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Author thought leadership publications on technology forecasting
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget for pilot projects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products/services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies preferred
- Fluency in English and Mandarin or Japanese
