Responsibilities
- Develop and execute long-term technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive innovations and competitive opportunities
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate strategic technology initiatives into business growth plans
- Author thought leadership publications and represent the company at global tech forums
- Manage innovation portfolio with rigorous ROI analysis and risk mitigation frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech innovation roles
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, quantum, Web3, AR/VR)
- Proven track record of launching successful tech products with measurable market impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
- Exceptional strategic thinking with ability to translate complex concepts into actionable plans
- Experience leading cross-functional teams across global organizations
- Published thought leader or speaker at major tech conferences
