- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps with 3-5 year implementation horizons
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-forward solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with ROI projections
- Establish partnerships with tech startups, research institutions, and industry consortiums
- Monitor competitive landscape and disruptor technologies
- Drive adoption of agile methodologies in long-term planning processes
- Mentor junior strategists in future-focused analytical frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with 8+ years in tech strategy
- Proven experience developing 3+ year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, IoT, etc.)
- CFMP (Certified Future Management Professional) or equivalent certification
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Executive-level presentation skills with 95% stakeholder approval rate
- Published research on technological disruption or innovation strategy
- Experience leading cross-continental innovation teams in matrix organizations
