Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 strategic foresight framework using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario modeling
- Produce quarterly impact reports on emerging technologies (AI, biotech, space exploration) and their business implications
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align executive teams on future-proofing initiatives
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs to track cutting-edge developments
- Design and implement 'Future-Ready' training programs for leadership teams
- Author thought leadership content on disruptive trends and their societal impacts
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and industry summits
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating successful long-range strategic implementations
- Experience with data-driven foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, AI trend analysis platforms)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies preferred
