Responsibilities
- Develop and implement technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 industry forecasts and business objectives
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, decentralized systems) with strategic potential
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating next-gen solutions
- Present technology strategies to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and ROI measurement
- Manage innovation budgets and vendor partnerships for emerging tech ecosystems
- Drive thought leadership through industry conferences and white papers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or innovation management
- Proven experience translating emerging technologies into commercial applications
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains: AI, blockchain, quantum computing, or biotech integration
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
- Track record of leading successful technology transformation initiatives
