- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups
- Present strategic recommendations to board of directors and investors
- Monitor emerging tech regulations and ethical frameworks
- Mentor senior engineers and product managers
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record scaling AI/quantum projects from concept to commercialization
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in circular economy principles and sustainable tech
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing multi-million dollar budgets
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals preferred
- Experience with regulatory compliance in tech (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
- Fluency in Mandarin or Spanish required for global operations
