Responsibilities
- Define and articulate the technical vision and roadmap for the Project 2026 AI ecosystem, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Architect scalable, high-performance AI models and infrastructure, optimizing for speed, accuracy, and cost-efficiency.
- Lead the design and implementation of hybrid quantum-classical computing solutions to solve complex computational problems.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholdersâincluding product managers, data scientists, and security expertsâto deliver robust and secure AI products.
- Stay at the forefront of AI research and industry trends, evaluating emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Masterâs or PhD degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture and large-scale system design.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and distributed systems; familiarity with frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of leading high-impact technical projects from concept to deployment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
