- Develop and implement 2026+ technology roadmaps aligned with organizational vision
- Identify and assess emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to forecast industry disruptions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Monitor global tech trends through proprietary research frameworks
- Define KPIs for future technology adoption and ROI
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation roles
- Expertise in at least 3 emerging technology domains
- Proven track record of launching future-focused initiatives
- MBA or advanced degree in Technology/Strategy preferred
- Exceptional analytical and scenario planning skills
- Experience presenting to C-level executives and boards
