Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence

- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify disruptive technologies
- Develop patent strategies for emerging IP in quantum AI and neuromorphic systems
- Present tech roadmaps to C-suite and board of directors

Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic tech planning or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in AI/quantum computing implementation
- Expertise in emerging tech forecasting methodologies
- Experience with patent strategy and IP commercialization
- Strong network in global tech research communities
- Exceptional communication skills for executive audiences
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight preferred
