Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) with 2026 commercialization potential
- Develop strategic roadmaps for technology integration across product lines
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute future-focused R&D initiatives
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis for emerging tech trends
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Monitor global tech innovation ecosystems and identify partnership opportunities
- Drive adoption of future-proofing methodologies across the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Engineering, or Business (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, technology consulting, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of implementing emerging technologies at scale
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
- Experience presenting complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Certifications in technology forecasting or innovation management (e.g., CFIP)
