Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year technology roadmaps for quantum AI integration
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen biometric systems
- Identify and evaluate emerging tech investment opportunities
- Establish strategic partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and EU research labs
- Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies
- Ensure compliance with emerging AI governance frameworks
- Drive innovation through hackathons and rapid prototyping initiatives
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Expertise in quantum computing or synthetic biology
- Proven track record of launching disruptive tech products
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or Bioengineering preferred
- Deep understanding of global tech policy and ethics frameworks
- Experience with agile methodologies in enterprise environments
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent journals
- Certification in AI Governance (e.g., CAG)
