Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy for 2026-2030, focusing on AI integration, quantum computing applications, and sustainable tech innovations
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and product managers to prototype and validate futuristic concepts
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Translate complex technical capabilities into compelling business cases for stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with leading research institutions and tech pioneers
- Create roadmap for ethical AI deployment and quantum computing security protocols
- Present strategic vision to executive leadership and external investors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech (AI/quantum/sustainability)
- Proven track record of leading futuristic technology initiatives from concept to implementation
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Deep expertise in quantum computing algorithms, generative AI, and clean tech innovation
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning skills with ability to model complex systems
- Certifications in AI ethics (e.g., IBM AI Ethics) and quantum computing fundamentals
- Experience with technology forecasting frameworks (e.g., Delphi method, scenario planning)
