Responsibilities

- Analyze emerging tech disruptors (quantum computing, synthetic biology, etc.) for competitive advantage
- Forge strategic partnerships with Silicon Valley startups and academic research labs
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ R&D budget for experimental technology initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with proven experience in emerging markets
- Expertise in at least two of: AI governance, quantum computing, or biotech convergence
- Track record of launching commercialized tech products with >$50M ARR
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals
- Fluency in Mandarin or German for global collaboration
- Top 10% completion of MIT Technology Review executive program
