Responsibilities
- Scan horizon for emerging technologies (2026-2030) and assess commercial viability
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating quantum, AI, and biotech innovations
- Lead R&D initiatives with $50M+ annual innovation budget
- Partner with C-suite to align tech strategy with corporate vision
- Build patent pipeline targeting 15+ novel tech applications annually
- Present disruptive tech frameworks to Fortune 500 clients
- Mentor next-gen innovators through our Future Leaders Program
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism preferred
- Proven track record of launching tech ventures >$100M valuation
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, generative AI, or climate tech
- Published thought leadership in Nature/Science/TEDx
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
- SCUBA certification for underwater tech projects (bonus)
